What if my order isn't delivered?
We're sorry if this has happened. We may have left your order out of sight in a place you didn't expect. Have a quick check and, if you still can't find it, get in touch. We'll either redeliver later that day, or remove the expected delivery items your account.
How do I change the details on my account?
Drop us an email and we will be in touch to confirm your changes on your account.
What should I do if my delivery item is damaged or has gone off?
We have very high standards when it comes to quality and freshness, so we take this very seriously. Please get in touch and we'll contact you to rectify any issues ASAP.
Incorrect item delivered, what should I do?
We’re sorry you received an incorrect item. Just drop us an email, and we'll sort out your issues ASAP.
My milkman didn't pick up my empty bottles, what can I do?
It's often dark when we deliver, especialy in winter, so this can sometimes happen. Please make sure your empty bottles are in plain sight for us to see. We'll collect them on your next delivery.
Milk deliveries are easy to manage
How do I add or remove an item or pause my regular order?
Contact us by 8pm the evening before your scheduled delivery. We will endeavour to fulfil your order. However for some items we need to pre-order so as much notice as possible gives us the best chance of supplying a great service to you.
Will you ever substitute a product if you don't have it available?
Yes – If we don’t have a late change or packaging is damaged on your expected goods we will always try give you a suitable alternative. If you’re not happy with the alternative, simply contact us so we can resolve any issues.
How do I change where my milkman leaves my delivery?
Contact us and we will adjust the place of delivery from your next delivery day.
How do I cancel my deliveries?
Contact us. We will stop deliveries on your required date and email a final invoice.
Why have I received barn eggs?
On a rare occasion this may occur. Due to the recent Avian Flu outbreak in the UK, our egg supplier has been required to keep his hens indoors by DEFRA. Our eggs will not be completely free range at these times only.
When will I be billed and when is payment expected?
Wills Milk will email you on the last day of the month with an invoice for that month. Prompt payment electronically is much appreciated as we are a small local business.

Less plastic
All our milk and juices come in glass bottles, which we collect, wash and re-use.
Our eggs are delivered in cardboard egg boxes.
Any packaging that isn't reusable is plastic free, recyclable or home-compostable.
